Virginia: Does anybody know if you can some how get divorced in Virginia with out having to be separated first? I have read online that you have to be separated at least 6 months before you can get a divorce, is there anyway around that to expedite the divorce?

Thank You

If you can prove grounds for the divorce, then you can sometimes file earlier. For example, adultery negates the 6 month waiting period. If not, you'll have to wait the six months.
