massage establishment license

i am a licensed and insured massage therapist i am working for spa that i until now did not know it didnt have a massage establishment license. we were inspected by state
inspectors and now the inspector has made a formal complaint
the unlicensed activity department. where do i go from here?

I guess I don't understand what you are trying to get (especially on an online legal board).

Unless you were cited by the state inspector... the answer to your question, "where do i go from here?" is, go get another job.
