Question on Frivolous Lawsuites

I am doing a paper on frivolous lawsuits. I have a few resources, the library is doing an interlibrary search, for some book titles I found. I have one called The Death of Commom Sense by Philip K. Howard, and a news article from the Christian Science Monitor. Does anyone have any titles or articles I could research? Thanks
