What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

This is so stupid.

I bought four concert tickets and gave them to a friend for her birthday. She knew that two of the tickets were her gift, the other two were for me and another friend - we would all be going together (which was part of the gift, if that makes sense). Never in a million years did I think a falling out would result in her refusal to return two of the tickets to me. It's obvious we won't be going together. She still has all four tickets. Anything I can do?

i got to go with Ziggy on this.

you GAVE her four tickets. you don't get to dictate what someone does with her things.

should have kept your tickets and GAVE her only one.
