What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas I filed complaint of breach of sales contract, in 2007. (seller misrepresentation) to recover cost of hearing aids.I believe my case is sound and uncomplicated. Defendants lawyer responds, denies everything, says I am time barred, and demands jury trial. I have no problem with Jury. Why would she demand jury trial? Will I be able to provide jury with documents during my presentation, as I would the judge.
