What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

The Defendant and our Small Claims Suit continues to set back the court date.
Is there anything we can do?
She has reset the date 6 times (six times)!

Thank you

Yep. File a motion to set for trial.
And if she files another continuance, challenge it.
And if still, file a motion for Summary Judgment.
YOU need to be aggressive to get this heard.
