(Ohio) Does any one know what the statute of limitation for termination with fraudulant reasons would be. Example: You are fired for moonlighting after the president of the company gives you permission (actually fired because you refused to do something illegal for the presidend of the company). The company says "that it is against company policy to moonlight" you receive no severance or unemployment because of your "gross misconduct". Your replacement is then granted the right to moonlight and more.
