When filling out an employment application and the question about "Have you ever been convicted of a crime" is asked, is one legally obligated to include a DUI? Does the wording of the question make a difference (i.e. crime, felony etc.) and can you be fired later for omitting it? In Pennsylvania specifically, but anywhere, really.
