What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
Help we hired a lawyer to evict a renter, we told the lawyer we had no money & we would have to make payments she said fine but then sent a letter saying we had 90days to pay the $900 bill, we wrote back to say we couldnt do that- per our previous conversation when she was hired, but we would make monthly payments until paid, we recieved a warrant in debt today, what should we do? We have almost no income due to job loss, what are our rights.
