in a 4 hour work shift is it required by law that the worker will get 1 10 minute break?
if someone can answer this in addition can you please give me the url where this information is so that it can be quoted?

I am not an Attorney, but this is a suggestion. Chris, It's always been my understanding that you get a 15 minute break every 4 hrs, not 10, but things may have changed. In the blue pages of your telephone book, try the Wage And Hour Division. You can also look up the 2000 FL Statutes by going to http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes and see if they have anything on it. Good Luck.
