I just found out that an attorney who represented me in a case(which I lost)in Arizona was in the midst of a 90 day suspension by the AZ State Bar.
Do I have any recourse? Can I appeal the decision and should I report the attorney to the disiplinary board?

Thank you

I would certainly report the attorney to the State Bar Association.

Also, you might be able to win a new trial due to "ineffective counsel". Talk to a 'real' attorney.
