How can I get power of attorney for my aunt who definitely has Alzheimers, but hasnt been diagnosed?

You can't. A person with diminished mental capacity is presumed to NOT have the competency to enter into or understand any type of agreement.

What you can do is talk to a family law attorney to find out if you or anyone else would want to acquire conservatorship and responsibility to handle her finances and medical issues.
