What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Detroit, MI

I plan on taking my bank to small claims court over overdraft fees (I read the previous thread on here advising against it, read other articles that say go for it).

My question is, who exactly do I file the complaint against? Do I pick the branch next to me where I was denied a refund, or do I have to go look up the corporate address?

Talk about an exercise in futility. Hope you enjoy wasting your time.
