a search warrant is issued on jan. 1 or 3 for his mother's house, he was living at his own residence until jan. 9. there was absolutely nothing going on at his mother's, she was moving out. he didn't even know he was going to move in there. can a search warrant hold up being for a house that he didn;t live in. at all!!????
