What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
Admittedly, two dumb questions. I'm on our Board, and unit owners have posed these questions. I can't find answers specifically in print, in PA Condo Law or Condo Declaration. Both are silent on these two specific items.
1. Our condo is made up of attached and semi-attached single-family townhomes. Unit ownership is "sheetrock in/studs out." Is the unit owner or Association responsible for the concrete foundation?
2. Windows and doors are clearly the responsibility of the Unit owner. What about painting and caulking the door and window FRAMES? Are they owner's responsibility, or considered part of the siding and therefore Association responsibility?
