I would like to know if you can appeal to a colorado court about a case if defendant was mislead by plantiff of restraining order being dropped that in fact was not. Plantiff under own directive had contact with defendant with full knowlege of consequences to the defendant. If so what action needs to be taken, and can defendant's Lawyer call character witnesses to testify on his behalf.
