My boyfriend and I had a discusssion like 3 weeks ago and things got a little out of hand we kind of wrestle for the car keys he made a little scratch on my nose;but I scratch him even worse the thing is that he finally took the keys away from me and left; I was in the middle of a parking lot with the car and no keys and no money for a cab so a called the police on 911 cause I was angry and didn't know what to do so they filled a police report. My boyfriend has had problems with domestic violence before with previous relationships but this time he didn't actually hit me. Today I received a citation for appearance in court; I don't want to pursue this matter 'cause we are back together and we are doing fine; I don't know what to do I don't want him arrested and I want to know if I don't go to court will they drop the charges?
