I am wanting to sign an agreement with my roommates about the damages they caused. I understand the landlord can fully ignore this agreement, but I would like it in case we need to go to small claims. I am wondering if anyone knows of a template or if it can truly be in lamens terms. (my searches for a template have all been unsuccessful)
