I am resident of Florida living currently in California.I recently inherited my mother's business,a small trailer court. My problem is a tenant of the propery is three months late on rent.I had left messages on their machine with no reply ,recently their phone was disconnected.I have sent a post card about the matter and had a tenant leave a letter on their door to contact me.They would need to get in touch with me by calling or writing. They have not done so.In the letter that I mentioned I said they would have until April before I would start eviction preceedings.I would I start these proceeding ? would it be worth it?
