What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

California...Can I sell a, contracted, personal loan to a collection agency?
Does your contract allow for this? This should be under the part of the contract for non performance of the contract requirements.

Almost all contracts are assumible. Even those which, by their terms, are not.

This is not one which would be an exception. I'd say yes.
