Fee Aribatration

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

I am unable to get an unused portion of my retainer back and would like to begin the Aribatration process to get my money. How do I do this? The Lawyer will not respond to any emails or calls. There was no falling out, no court dates, nothing to upset her or not respond to me.

Provide the same information to the Michigan State Bar Association by letter and copy the attorney. That will get the scoundrel off of her duff!

I can assure you that she will not ignore the people that hold reign over her license to fleece the public.
