What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin
Apparently I had an old judgement from 14 years ago -- recently the plantiff filed garnishment for nonearnings upon a bank account of mine and the money is sitting in the courts. Since the case is so old the law limits reopening do I have any recourse in this situation? I had an attorney that did not show up for my original court date and this is how the default judgement was entered into. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
