What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

Several months ago we bought a mobile home froma lady. The title needed to be put in her name as her boyfriend signed it over to her. She made us pay for the title tranfer.That was her responability. She noe has refused to pay the taxes so we can get a clear title to this mobile home. We paid the taxes today, so we could get a clear title.

Can I take her to small claims court fot these costs? Also can I get trebel damages ?
