I am wondering: Can you take two different parties to small claim court on different days for the same problem?
On the vehicle title 1/2 interest was left in my father's trust (that is me), also on the title was a stepmother's name. As the Kansas state title states: both names were needed to sell, this is the facts I was told by the Kansas state dept.
I did not sign or give permission,or was not given the 1/2 interest i was suppose to get. so can I take both the car company that allowed the sale with out both names and the stepmother to court on different times?
