my father, now deceased, bequeathed his copywrites to my brother, now a homeless man living in a warehouse room. he gets a small check from the state of fla once a month. he is legally sane. my fathers copywrite TXU-134-021 under the name Mindbenders, has been infringed upon , we believe, by the Milton-Bradley company by using the process in the game MAD GABB.
Any one want to take on Milton Bradley? for a homeless manwho is living on 200 dollars or so ?
I am sure we could get at
least royalties. Thanks
i live in TN

If you are serious, you need to find the lawyer by actively looking, not by placing this query and hoping someone will bite.

COntact http://www.attorneypages.com or your state bar and ask for a copyright expert (intellectual property attorney/entertainment law attorney).

Good luck
