Hi,
I put an atm machine in my store, signed a contract to pay $285.14 a month to a leasing co. Then credit card services gave me a contract stating that they would reimburse me $200.00 a month plus $55.00 for advertisement. Bow I've paid my fee every month since Aug.2000 but they have only sent me one half payment and one full payment. They owe me for Oct.,Nov.,Dec.,& Jan. They keep giving me the run around saying their going to send me a paymeny every two weeks starting 2/28/01 and I haven't received one yet.So last week I called them and told them they have till Fri. 3/23/01 to send me $1020.00 in one lump sum or I'm going to press charges against them. Can you give me some advice on what to do? We just got started in our business last Aug. and I can't afford big attorney fees.And also can the lease be broken since they are not paying me?
