Im from Pa and I have a question about loaning people money and then them not repaying it. Can I take it to small claims court?Does it matter what the amount is? Ive loaned someone between $5,000 to $10,000 in good faith that they would repay it. And they haven't attempted to. what is my first step?

Thank you in advanced for any info you can provide me.
