I live in Madison, Wisconsin.

I loaned a friend $4612.00 a year ago today. I haave a signed contract with him that the loan will be paid one year from the time the contract was written and signed. He was married at the time now divorced. Do I have to take both of them to court evan though he is the only one that signed the contract? I will probably have to have his wage garnished. Can I get the money he owes me from his IRA? I know he has taken money out of it before. I also put that the ,oney would be paid back with interest, but I never put the percent of interest I wanted will I be able to get any more money than what he owes?

Thank you very much for your time and knoweldge.

Thanks,

Jamie
