I have resigned from a bank in colorado springs co and have the following question. Our personnel policy "requests" that an employee give 4 weeks notice. As colorado is an "at will" state, do I have to stay the entire 4 weeks to receive my accrued vacation pay?

Please advise.

Accrued vacation pay

Believe it or not, accrued vacation pay is not related to your status as being an at-will employee. For you see, you would be entitled to accrued vacation pay no matter whether you were at-will or had a contract of employment. So, the bottom line is that you should do whatever it takes to make sure your employer does indeed pay you that accrued vacation pay.
