i am wondering if an employer can make the results of a pre-employee drug screen known to a licensing board? i am a physical therapist and recently submited for a drug test in new york city. thank you.
I suggest that you speak with a local employment law attorney about this matter. First, I would want to know why the results were passed to the licensing authority. Does state law permit it? If not, was there another law that allowed such conduct? Sorry I can't be of any more help, but I gave it my best shot.
