Legal procedures that officers have to follow when serving a search warrant at your home. Don't they have to knock, announce themselves and then they can enter? Also don't they have to show you a written warrant not just say it? And doesn't the written warrant have to have the probable cause on the warrant, and don't they have to have probable cause for issuance of the warrant? Can the charges that were endured of an illegal search be dismissed? And once that you are handcuffed and aren't free to leave, your in custody and your miranda rights should be read right at this time? If your rights aren't read to you anything said can't be used against you in a court of law?
