I am on the board of a condo association. There is a homeowner who has not paid their association fees & oil bill (1 common oil tank, each unit has a meter that determines how much oil is used) for several months. It has been sent to collection, but they have not responded. Our by-laws state that we can put a lien on their unit...but that does not help us get our much needed money. Is there anything else we can do?
