A friend of mine is using a name similar to my trademark for his Internet services which are similar to mine. I don't want to take severe legal action on him, since he's a close friend of mine. I have asked him to remove it and told him I own a trademark, but he does not believe that our two names conflict with each other. I'm also on a tight budget, are there any good ways of stopping him from using the name without having to take expensive and severe legal action?

In case you're wondering, my trademark is "THE GLOWING SPHERE" and he's using "THE GLOWING PRISM."
