pa i was given a computer for christmas by a friend but now she wants it back cause we arent talking any more do i legally have to give it back and can i in return get the gifts given to her back as well as money

My response:

Neither party is required under the law to return "gifts". That's the whole purpose and meaning of the word "gift", as opposed to the word "loan".
