In the state of Michigan, does anyone know what the interest rate is that you can charge for in small claims for an un-returned security deposit? It's been over three months and I'm filing the papers and am trying to determine the interest rate, but no dice so far.
Thanks, In advance.

You realize you can't charge interest till a judgment is granted unless you have a contract that specifies a specific interest for a past due account? The link left by nascar is not relevant to your question, it does not address post judgment interest. The current rate is 3.101%.
