Hello,

When i was in university i sign a bond/contract saying that after my studies i will work for company X for minimum of 3 years because they will be paying my studies (if i quit my job or terminate my studies i have to pay back all the expenses incurred by the company...) . But when i started working i signed a new bond with the company X and in the new bond there's no mention of the sponsorship thing.
Is the first contract still valid?
Can i be sued for not paying back?

It is possible if the second contract refers to something different that you could be sued for it. It depends on all of the particulars in the 2 contracts.

In the duration/termination provision it says :
