Not paying as per contract

In December I started a new division at work. I signed a contract that outlined my new pay plan. It is now March 21 and my employer still has not fixed my pay, ever after several attempts of bringing it to my bosses attention. They are always to busy to deal with the pay problem. As a result I am not getting paid the way that my contract states, I am late on most of my bills, my credit is being slowly dragged down as well. The stress of bills and money is becoming a real problem. What can I do? Can I ever get the money from day one of the contract?
