Hi, My neighbors tree is in the corner of their property and has grown over the property line onto out lot. The tree drops a significant amount of debris, which builds up on the back of our wooden storage shed, rotting it. The tree has damaged the fence. as well. What are my rights in this situation? Are they responsible for the debris the tree drops, and thus responsible for the damage it has done to our shed? Do I have a the right to have them cut it down?

Thanks in advance for your advice!!

Best,
