What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? fl
If someone purchases a car for you and the title and registration is under your name,is their anyway for them to take the car away from you?The car is paid in full at the time of purchase and their is no loan or lien on the car.Thank you

Yes. Some of the ways are:
1) They can hook a tow truck up and haul it away.
2) They can hire Antoine to steal it.

Care to explain this?

Is it that 'someone' bought you a car with the understand they would be repaid?

Or is it that someone bought you a car but now wishes to retract that gift?

Either way they cannot lawfully repossess the car.
