posted previously in Debt Collections, maybe this would be a better catagory for this question:


Can some one help interpret this comment:
" Defendant has not filed the necessary pleading to strike the deemed admissions"
in a debt collection suit, what are "deemed admissions?

and Why would I want to strike them with a pleading?
