What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

My employer wrote me a check that bounced 10 days later causing the bank to charge me $112.00 in overdraft fees. My boss reimbursed me for most of the bounced check but will not compensate me for the overdraft fees.

Would I have a case in small claims court? Do I have any other options?

You sure do have a case. You might also want to start looking for another job.
