I proposed to my ex 3 months ago while she was visiting in FL and she accepted. A month after she returned to TN she called it off. I asked for the ring back and she agreed to send it. After a week or so she claimed to have lost it and she will not return calls or e-mails.
I would like to file a claim to recoup the cost of the ring, canceled plane ticket and expenses incurred from filing, etc.
