I resigned from a corporation on January 26, 2001. I was working in Michigan, and the coprporation is headquartered in Indiana. I had placed a 2 week notice. After leaving, the company continued to pay me as if I was still employed, via direct deposit into my checking account, for 3 pay periods. I recently received a call from their accounting department in Indiana stating that they showed me to be overpaid by 3 pay periods. I have not returned their call as of yet. What rights, if any, do I have to the money?

The short answer to your question is "None!" Legally you must return that money as it is not legally yours.
