My brother resides in Mississippi. He is an electrician and was sent to Tennessee for a job. The circiut breaker he was working on broke, caused a fire and severely burned him. He is filing a lawsuit in Mississippi State court against the manufacturer of the circuit breaker for $100,000 in damages (lost work injuries, pain & suffering)

Can the Mississippi state court assert jurisdiction over the manufacturer? If so how?

Can the manufacturer remove this case to federal court & if so how?
