What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

Is it possible to suit a food chain or some company that packages like cookies if theres a piece of metal in their food and I bite on it and it knocks my filling out?

I guess I should ask is it likely to win in court with something like this cause anythings possible..

no i haven't called them yet but I'm going to this week. I wanted to see if it was possible or common for suits like this type first before I call them and they tell me sry not sending you anything here are some coupons.

I kept the package and thing that I bit down on yes so I have proof.
