What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? UTAH
We treated a patient from Idaho in our facility. He was injured in Idaho. He did not give us his auto insurance info. We don't know who is at fault. As a medical provider, to whom do we submit the medical bills? Does the insurance company reimburse the provider or the driver? Thank you.

If they gave you health insurance info, bill that. If not, bill the patient. The auto insurance is not your concern. If the patient had med pay, they would have given you the billing info so it's probably safe to assume they don't.
