You need to prove that the damage occurred AFTER you purchased the bike and the policy and not BEFORE. You need to cooperate FULLY and give them any information they ask for, or they won't pay. Period. Your claim is suspicious and if you fight their investigation, then YOU will look suspicious.

Sorry you didn't like the answer but the insurance company has a responsibility to protect its interests. It's business. If you're telling the truth, then you'll get your payment in the end.
