What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I have a question. Is an oral agreement binding in Ohio?
Some, but not all, oral agreements are binding in Ohio.

In order to be enforceable, the oral agreement would have to have to be found to be a contract, and the contract would have to be outside the statute of frauds.
