What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

I have to go to court for a show cause hearing on a $112 debt that was discharged in bankruptcy 3 years ago. I told the plaintiff's attorney when and where the debt was discharged; but he filed against me anyway. I have my bankruptcy paperwork, including the discharge notice and the list of creditors showing this debt. Can I ask the judge for damages? They are telling me I owe $321.07 on this discharged debt.
