My ex has been indicted for two counts of C.E. and has recently been put on 2 yrs probation for dui in which she had a serious car accident with the kids on mothersday 2000.I have followed her cases from the beginning and wanting custody of my girls 3 and 5 yrs.old. hoping the state would give me custody or should i spend too much money on retainer fees,if i had the money i would but i dont. does anyone know the penalty for first offense c.e. in TX ??
